How do I clean a splash or stain on my blinds?

It's really simple as all our blinds are washable. Just use warm, soapy water to lightly sponge the blind down. Don't soak the fabric though.

How Do the Blinds Operate?

Roof blinds are manually operated via a pole attachement. Because our blinds run vertically they are easy to open and close as there is not a vast expanse of fabric. Side blinds are also manually opened and closed. Should you wish a discreet optional handle can be added to these for your convenience.

How Long Can I Expect My Conservatory Blinds to Last?

We offer a full five year guarantee on all parts and materials, but would expect you to get many more years of use out of your blinds. It is not unusual for our blinds to last up to 15 years before needing replacing - it just depends on how much sun exposure they have.

How Long Does it Take to Install My Blinds?

An average conservatory roof will take our experienced fitters 3 - 4 hours. Side blinds around 1 - 1 ½ hours. As our fitters are doing this every day, you benefit from their expertise.

You Don't Offer Motorised Blinds. Why is That?

It is not unknown for motorized blinds to quickly develop problems. Until a problem-free system is developed we prefer to avoid them.

We offer a 5-year guarantee against failure of any parts or materials. If an accident happens - as they do - we can offer a replacement service for you.
